Outsourcing your Phone Calls with a Voice Blast or Voice Broadcast

So, it’s 1 PM. You have 10 people to call and they each have 3 phone numbers. You don’t know their work schedules, whether they’re at home or the office or even have their cell phone on. You don’t even know which one of these numbers they check frequently. You have an event scheduled with them all at 4 and need to let them know that you can’t come. Maybe it’s a car accident, maybe it’s a doctors’ appointment, maybe your flights been delayed. The prospect of 30 phone calls is pretty daunting though. Really, you’re giving everyone the same message anyway. You could email them, but will they get it before 4?
The best answer? Send a voice blast otherwise known as a voice broadcast to every number on the list. You’ll be done in a couple minutes and back to whatever crisis is keeping you from the meeting. It’s usually pretty cheap – less than 12 cents per completed call and easy to do. Upload your phone list via the web browser, record your message, schedule it’s delivery and launch. Some of these services even let you launch the voice message by phone if you already have your list uploaded.
